Sitting Rooms

On the Ground Level as you enter the house, there are two separate open area sitting rooms.

The first is in front of the kitchen and has a dining area with a 1.8m solid walnut table and chairs. A one-of-a-kind bespoke wooden lighting feature overhangs the table and is the centre attraction. The sitting area beyond has low cedar wood coffee tables, two large sofas and there is a traditional wood burning Soba for use in cooler months as well as underfloor heating throughout the house.

The second sitting room has a large L-shape sofa which can be reclined, there is a large Smart TV and plenty of room to relax and chill out at the end of the day. The sitting rooms have double doors leading out onto a magnificent large south facing balcony with big wooden swing chair and plenty of places to relax and have coffee overlooking the swimming pool below. The views from here, of course, are quite superb. You will have no trouble finding your favourite spot!
